Silk gymnastics
Tot's Class with frankie
From ages 2+. This is a parent and toddler class, with the parent's taking their toddler around the different apparatus. There is a structured warm-up, dance and guidance from a qualified coach throughout. These classes are themed monthly (e.g. Superheroes).
Recreational
From school year Reception upwards for boys and girls. These are 1 hour per week classes with the motto 'Gymnastics for all'. This means all abilities are welcome and it is just for fun!
Women's Artistic
Women's Artistic uses 4 pieces of apparatus: Bars, Beam, Floor, Vault. The gymnasts in these classes compete in low level, regional, and national competitions. Please arrange a trial with Frankie if you are interested in a place in a squad.
