Welcome to the official website for Silk Gymnastics Cub.
Here you will find all the information you will need to know about our club. Our club, classes and courses, up to date news, order merchandise and download documents.
We are a family run business. Silk Gymnastics' number one goal is that your children are firstly safe, and secondly, happy and having fun whilst learning a sport that is forever growing in popularity. Gymnastics helps to maintain and develop fitness components and lends its skills to other sports.
We have a team of experienced and qualified coaches on hand to provide quality coaching.
Gym for Tots
Our Tots classes are resuming from 12th September 2025.
Drop in sessions available:
Friday 10:00 - 10:45
Saturday 08:00 - 08:45
Recreational Classes
Our Recreational Classes are tailored to each child's age and ability.
1 hour long sessions are available:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 16:00 - 17:00
Thursday only 17:00 - 19:00
Saturday only 09:00 - 12:00
Advanced Gymnastics
Our Advanced Gymnastics squad are invitation only.
Tuesday 17:00 - 19:00
Saturday 11:00 - 13:00
Competition Squads
Our Competition squads are invitation only. We have a range of levels from advanced to national level - please enquire within!
